Morning Intensive
This is the 3 hour morning intensive being taught as part of the Forrest Foundation training for teachers.
The 3 hours intensive includes Ceremony and an in-depth asana practice and sometime a yoga nidra to complete.
Cost for a single intensive is 50 E, and the cost for all 11 intensives is 500 E.
