How can one learn to regulate the nervous system? How can we use a Forrest Yoga practice and various breathing techniques to tone and strengthen the Vagus nerve, which is the primary route to the nervous system. We will learn about the different ways we can tone the vagus nerve using voice, breath and movement and integrate this with a multi-level Forrest Yoga practice. All levels are welcome.
We will end the practice with a yoga nidra (or yogic sleep) practice.
