Forrest Yoga All Levels English - In-Person

This is an All Levels Forrest Yoga class. Multiple options will be given for poses and the student is responsible to taking the option that works on that particular day. Contact the teacher before class if you are a complete beginner and have health issues or injuries.

Entry to Studio: 

The entrance on Rheinstr now has a locked gate. Go around the building on Hetwig str and enter through the side (next to the Korean restaurant).
